No-Bake Kesar Mango Cheesecake

This blend of classic cheesecake and mango, the queen of all fruits, is the perfect treat for any celebration. Made with only 8 ingredients and no-bake, easy assembly, it's a low-effort and high-reward dessert that's sure to top your recipe list!

Makes 6 servings (mini mason jars)


  • 1 1/2 tbsp melted butter

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup caster sugar

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers (or 1/2 cup honey grahams and 1/2 cup crushed cookies of your choice)

  • 8 oz (227g) cream cheese

  • 1 cup mango puree (we love Deep Kesar Pulp!)

  • 100g heavy whipping cream

  • (to top) roasted pecans, coffee powder, strawberries, mangos, or other fruits of your choice


  1. In a bowl, add heavy whipping cream and whisk on medium-high until it reaches soft peaks. You can use a stand mixer or a hand mixer.

  2. Add mango puree, cream cheese, caster sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix for a minute or two until homogenous.

  3. In a food processor, pulse graham crackers and cookies until they reach breadcrumb texture. Add butter. Gently mix and set aside.

  4. In a set of 6 small, transparent glass jars or bowls, divide the graham cracker mixture into 6 parts. Use the back of a spoon or spatula (or some other flat object) to flatten the mixture.

  5. Pipe the cheesecake mixture into each jar.

  6. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Top with a sprinkle of coffee powder, chopped mangos or other fruits, and pecans. Enjoy!
