WahFoo! Food Lab is run by Dhruti Vasavada and her daughters Vrinda and Kinjal based in California! Dhruti has been an experimental chef for the past 30 years. She strives to make her recipes healthy, quick, and flavorful. Every recipe is a fusion of fresh California produce and spices from around the world, especially from the Indian subcontinent.
Where does the name come from, you ask! Wah is an exclamation of praise and Falu is Dhruti's nickname. These recipes have brought Wah Falu! to our lips many a time, and we hope they leave you exclaiming the same!
